Thomas serves as Managing Partner of Naviant, where he leads the firm’s operational execution and strategic initiatives. He brings more than two decades of experience across finance, investments, and business building. Thomas began his career at KPMG before transitioning into corporate finance at Daniel Corporation. He later served as CFO and Partner at 68 Ventures, a vertically integrated real estate developer and holding company, and subsequently as Partner and CFO of C/Sharpe, a Gulf Coast–based specialty contractor. In addition, Thomas advises his families’ businesses, including serving as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member to White-Spunner Construction and White-Spunner Realty.
Thomas is a CFA® charterholder and a CPA (inactive). These designations demonstrate his rigorous training in financial analysis and accounting, which he complements with a strong background in strategic leadership.
A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Thomas earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University. He is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations and corporate boards. Thomas lives in Fairhope, Alabama with his wife, Kim, and their three children.

Jonathan Kipp is a Partner in Naviant, serving as its Chief Compliance Officer.
A shareholder in Alabama-based Am Law 200 firm Maynard Nexsen, Jonathan has spent over 20 years helping his clients navigate a variety of corporate matters, serving as counsel for numerous privately held companies throughout their life cycles and gaining deep experience in private equity, venture capital and other private securities transactions. He also serves as General Counsel for Pilot Capital, a single family office located in Fairhope, Alabama, leading legal, regulatory and service-based initiatives.
Jonathan attended the University of Richmond for his undergraduate studies and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia. He lives in Daphne, Alabama with his wife Grace and their four children.

Cullen Murray serves as Manager of Corporate Development at Naviant Partners, where he leads M&A partnership sourcing and talent acquisition in support of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
Cullen brings a decade of experience in business ownership and executive search. Previously, he was the owner and president of a national healthcare staffing firm, where he led business development, operations, and M&A. Earlier in his career, he held various roles in executive search, advising organizations on leadership needs and organizational expansion.
After living in the DFW metroplex, Cullen relocated to Fairhope, Alabama, where he lives with his wife, Amanda, and their two children. He holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

Kali Myrick serves as Controller of Naviant, where she oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Kali brings extensive experience in public accounting, having previously served as a Tax Manager at Jackson Thornton in Montgomery. During her time in public practice, she advised closely held businesses, healthcare organizations, and high net worth individuals on tax planning and compliance matters tailored to complex financial needs.
Kali lives in her hometown of Fairhope, Alabama, with her husband, Jared, and their four children. She holds an undergraduate degree from Huntingdon College and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University at Montgomery and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Brandon Pilot serves as Managing Partner of Naviant, where he leads the firm’s growth and strategic initiatives.
Brandon brings more than a decade of experience leading advisory practices and family offices. He previously served as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Bienville Capital, a New York–based multifamily office and alternative investment firm, where he advised the firm’s largest clients and sourced direct investment opportunities. He also serves as Managing Partner of Pilot Capital, a single-family office based in Fairhope, Alabama.
In addition, Brandon continues to serve as an advisor or board member to several firms, including Bienville Capital, Aptus Capital, and StoreEase.
After living in New York and Connecticut, Brandon returned to his hometown of Fairhope, Alabama, where he lives with his wife, Brooke, and their three children. He holds both undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Alabama.

Jerod Pilot serves as Director of Culture and Philanthropy at Naviant Partners, where he focuses on people, partnerships, generosity, business development, and events across the firm’s growing network of independent RIAs. He works closely with leadership teams to cultivate strong culture, build aligned partnerships, and support sustainable, values-driven growth.
In addition to his role at Naviant, Jerod leads a philanthropic foundation, stewarding its mission and development efforts, and is involved in family-backed investment and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Prior to Naviant, Jerod spent 13 years on staff with the ministry Young Life, including 10 years as an Area Director in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he led teams, developed leaders, and built deep community partnerships. He currently serves on several nonprofit and community boards and is actively engaged in local ministry, generosity, and community development.
A graduate of Furman University, Jerod lives in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife, Jordan, and their three daughters.

Daniel Powell is a Partner at Naviant, where he leads Strategic Finance. He oversees the firm’s long-range planning, M&A, and capital allocation.
With over a decade of experience in investment research and portfolio management, Daniel previously served as a VP at Goldman Sachs, providing fundamental analysis and institutional coverage of US Internet and technology platforms. Beyond Naviant, he acts as the CIO of Pilot Capital, a single-family office based in Fairhope, Alabama, and serves as an advisor to Aptus Capital.
After 7 years in New York and Connecticut, Daniel returned to his home state of Alabama. He now resides in Fairhope with his wife, Norma, and their three children. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

Beth Vohs serves as Executive Assistant at Naviant Partners, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Beth has over 20 years of administrative experience within several industries. In each of those roles, she has continued to gain functional experience that contributes to her passion for achieving results needed to elevate the team’s success.
After moving around the Midwest, Beth has settled in Gulf Shores, Alabama, where she lives with her husband, Jason. She has two adult children who live in Chicago and Denver. She holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University.

Brian Yuen is a Partner at Naviant, where he leads the firm’s Finance and Operations functions.
Brian brings a diverse background spanning investment banking, asset management, and private investing. He began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in the Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure group before transitioning to commercial real estate and corporate credit investing at Marathon Asset Management. He later worked across commercial real estate, private equity, public equities, and renewable energy investments at Fir Tree Partners and focused on emerging market equities at Bienville Capital.
In addition, Brian continues to leverage his experience across both public and private markets in his role as an Operating Partner at Pilot Capital. Brian lives in New York City with his wife. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
